View from Citadel I

My next few posts will be pictures from Budapest, just got back from a trip there.  This is the view from the citadel overlooking the city – our tour bus had just managed to get to the top of the hill there when a storm started to come in.

From the high vantage point it was possible to see just how big this storm was so we dived in a bar to avoid the rain (and for somewhere to take photos from, obviously).  These hardy souls didn’t stay out much longer – shortly after this photo was taken the heavens opened accompanied with lightning and thunder.
