I watch the ripples change their size – Pier Head, Liverpool

The new buildings on Mann Island start to take shape on a misty night down by the waterfront.  I seriously remain to be convinced by this development – can’t help but wonder if this is a change too far for the city, especially given that there’s not exactly a shortage of office or residential space at the moment.
